Jewellery items will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. This arrives the next working day before 1pm. A tracking number will be sent after posting.

Cards and gift vouchers will be sent 1st class.

I try to post orders the day after they are placed but cannot guarantee that will be the case. Please let me know before ordering if you need your order for the next day.

All items will be sent in recycled brown paper card boxes with black foam inserts. I can add a coloured ribbon and gift receipt if requested.

All pieces can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, either in person to the shop or by recorded special delivery post. I will refund the original postage paid but the return postage costs will not be covered. Items must be in the same condition they were received. Please email me to let me know that you would like to return an item. I will issue the refund once I have received the item back.

I am also happy to exchange for other items or sizes, or issue credit notes. Either in person at the shop or by recorded special delivery post. Items for exchange must be in the same condition they were received. I will pay postage for the exchange to be posted back out. Please contact me, within 14 days of purchase, to arrange exchanges and credit notes or resizing.
