Heather O'Connor
I grew up in Brighton, and having completed an Art Foundation there in 1998, moved to Buckinghamshire where I gained a BA 1st class hons in Metalwork and Jewellery Design, followed by an MA specialising in Silversmithing at the Royal College of Art, London.
Having graduated from the RCA in 2003 I set up a small studio in South London, where I still practice today.
I produce unique items of silversmithing, with a minimalist aesthetic, and have over the years expanded on my skills by introducing complementary ranges of jewellery for both men and women.

I take my influence from a number of sources, in particular garden design and architecture, exploring ideas of space, structure, boundaries and composition in my pieces.
