International Shipping

Please be aware that for international orders may have additional import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees. Before placing an order, we advise that you check with your local customs office to determine any potential charges that may apply.

All international jewellery orders are shipped via Royal Mail international tracked services with the tracking number provided.

Returns & Exchanges

katehopwoodjewellery.co.uk values its customers and wants them to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (excluding gift cards and bespoke items) within 14 days from the day of purchase, provided it is returned in its original condition.

If you wish to return an item, please do so with a tracked delivery service or in person at Kate Hopwood Jewellery, 11 Brewers Lane, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 1HH. To initiate your refund, please contact katehopwoodjewellery.co.uk at info@kathopwoodjewellery.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.

Upon receipt of the returned item, katehopwoodjewellery.co.uk will process your refund within 1-7 days, via the original method used for the purchase.

We also offer an exchange option. If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us at info@kathopwoodjewellery.co.uk within 28 days of the purchase date. Please return the item for exchange to Kate Hopwood Jewellery, 11 Brewers Lane, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 1HH, either by a tracked delivery service or in person. We will then send you the replacement item of your choice or a credit note.

 

Please note that postage costs for return or exchange items won't be reimbursed. Kate Hopwood Jewellery is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Customers are advised to use Royal Mail Special Delivery service, or another tracked and insured service, to ensure the safe delivery of the item.
